Beta Hoothoot + Noctowl GSC Sprites

Beta Noctowl is so cool and looks much closer to Hoothoot. It would be cool if it got reworked into Mega Noctowl in the future. Oddly they were pure Flying type in the demo. Left to right: normal and shiny GBC palettes and SGB shiny palette.
