Beta Remoraid + Octillery GSC Sprites

So the fact that they're based on a pistol and tank used to be much more blunt lol. And dex entries mentioning Octillery smashing enemies with it's hard head make more sense now too. Both Water type. Beta Remoraid evolves at level 34 instead of 25.
